Technigent assisted a client in migrating their outdated and convoluted application to a PhoneGap application called eViewMobile. The client had been using an application built on Flex that slowed their processes
with inflexible code and substandard app architecture. Moreover, their vendor was unresponsive and charged for estimates. Essentially, the client was being held hostage by their difficult, time-consuming
structure.
Features of the new PhoneGap solution include the abilities to view survey details assigned to technicians, take and upload photos of a site, flag mark problems and 24/7 mobile access.
