Event Coordination Solution
Street Grindz is a service company that connects customers with mobile food vendors through event organization. They needed a system through which vendors can register for events, as well as the capability to track vendors’ activity, update them on developments and send them notifications.
Technigent created a SharePoint-based system that manages vendor details and events. When a vendor registers for an event, the coordinator gets a notification, and the vendor receives automated alerts about the application status leading up to the events. In essence, the system Technigent developed is a social network that allows food vendors to communicate and share information about food-related events, including a dynamic calendar-view feature made events easy to keep track of Street Grindz received a user-friendly system that aided event coordination and enabled the food community to come together in mutually beneficial ways.
