Technigent developed an easy-to-use cross-platform application with enhanced features such as complete product catalogue, notification management, social media and calendar integration, promotional tools, event management and user chat. The app also implements location-based features like store locator, floor plans, and an interactive navigation system. Customers can log in to search for stores, receive notifications about special events and promotions, and chat and communicate with other users through social networks via the app. This allowed the mall to offer a more convenient way for customers to shop while decreasing the amount of time and money spent on sales and marketing.
