We developed a web-based CRM application that centralizes, simplifies, secures, and scales our client’s customer engagement. The application helps to capture new lead information as well as import bulk lead info from a (predefined format) excel sheet.

Leads can be mapped to the defined campaigns to help target actual audience. Users can set, organize and manage campaigns from the application. The application facilitates the user to define a custom message for SMS or build a custom template for emails sent out to customers. Users can have different formats for email/SMS for various purposes, groups of people like vendor/customers/partners, occasion, transaction, etc.

Sending messages for special events and more…

For sending seasonal or festival greetings, the application enables the user to upload a custom calendar with pre-marked yearly events into the system and priorly define reminder day to send festival greetings reminders. Email/SMS can be scheduled to be sent out one time or in recursion. The application facilitates users to auto send emails/SMS based on fulfillment of certain conditions. Analyzing the status of emails/SMS sent out to customers becomes easy from the product. For this, a user can generate Email/SMS report which gives details about the status of email/SMS i.e.sent, failed, delivered, etc.

The CRM solution has helped organizations in improving the relationship with existing customers, finding new prospective customers, and winning back former customers. The application enhanced the customer communication and service. It also automated the tedious task of manually sending emails/SMSs.
