Client, a USA-based real estate company, was using manual processes and wanted a Web-based system to automate their operations and manage their vendors.

Technigent converted their desktop application to an Internet-hosted Web application to increase accessibility. Using multiple technologies, including ASP.Net MVC 4.0, SQL Server 2008 R2, and HTML 5, Technigent offered a solution with the following features:

• Customer management
• Order management
• Schedule management
• Reports

We analyzed their business process and converted it to technical scope document, which we used to create a project blueprint with a timeline, wireframes, and designs.

Once completed, Technigent’s Web application will provide complete business process automation for sellers, buyers, brokers, and affiliates.
