A client approached Technigent to develop an emergency alert app that would assist the New York police and fire department in times of crisis. The app was created with a user-friendly, one-touch call facility that allowed the user to make calls to their desired emergency service instantly. The rich interface design can display a map of all the emergency services in New York City along with the complete address and phone number via a screen tap. As a result, New York residents can obtain peace of mind knowing that they can easily contact a nearby emergency service during times of crisis.
