Modular Wind Energy’s purchasing process had become increasingly complex as they worked with multiple vendors and a patchwork of accounting systems. They wanted to simplify their purchasing process, and integrate with their existing systems.

Technigent created a purchasing system that housed all the data within SharePoint. It allows purchase requests to be routed and approved based on employees’ assigned roles and access rights. It makes account codes available with the purchasing request and integrates the vendor, purchase-order and bill-of-material databases. This SharePoint portal reduces complexity, increases productivity, manages data, and fully integrates with their systems.
