A large BPO Company and global leader in business process and technology management sought the assistance of Technigent to update their communication and collaboration technologies to accommodate 74 delivery centers spread across the globe. The new solution would need to integrate with their existing Proflow System, allow for secure Intranet based access, and be accessible through mobile devices as well. Technigent developed a comprehensive communication, collaboration, and content management solution that includes secure online access, mobile access, and a web portal with SharePoint integrated collaboration features.

The new web portal comes with added features including dashboard management, document management, a master link management system, report management, and announcement management. The result of Technigent’s involvement was a comprehensive solution that enhanced the accessibility of information and improved collaboration among the company’s employees and between their many locations.
