JBI Studios provides multimedia services for foreign languages, offering translations in voice over, subtitle, and other video production services. Their process of manually adding new inquiries into their Salesforce account resulted in time management issues.

Technigent created an application to streamline the process of sending quotations to contacts with customized, automated templates. The new system enabled JBI to generate PDF files and send them directly to clients. As a result, response times to prospects decreased and the entire process was streamlined, generating greater opportunities for sales conversion.
